CORPORATE TRAVEL SERVICES WORLDWIDE, SAPI DE CV (hereinafter "CTS WORLDWIDE"), with address located at Jaime Balmes No. 11 Piso 10, Torre B, Col. Los Morales Polanco, Mayor Miguel Hidalgo, CP 11510, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, (hereinafter the "Law") has the appropriate physical, technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data and prevent third parties from , unauthorized, access them without your prior written consent. Under no circumstances will we commercialize your personal data.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

Main Purposes

We will use the personal data we collect for the following purposes that are necessary for the service you request:

  • To provide you with the products and services that you request from CTS WORLDWIDE as a travel agency (reservation of air, land and sea transportation tickets; reservation of lodging; reservation of tourist motor transport and/or car rental; reservation and/or sale of packages tourism; organization of sports activities; organization of groups, congresses, events and/or conventions and hiring of tourist guides).

  • Inform you about changes in the requested services, prices, availability and payment terms of the same.

  • Sending information by electronic means about the products and services you request from CTS WORLDWIDE

  • Provide customer service.

  • Verification of the data of the credit card with which you intend to make or make the payment for the services requested from CTS WORLDWIDE.

  • Establish contact and maintain communication with you, regarding the products and/or services that are requested from CTS WORLDWIDE.

  • Management and processing of visas necessary for the provision of the services that you request from CTS WORLDWIDE.

  • Collection management of your possible debts.

  • To its conservation for the provision of future services that you request from CTS WORLDWIDE.

  • For the identification of the Owner of the data.

Secondary Purposes

 

Likewise, by providing your personal data, you authorize CTS WORLDWIDE to use it for marketing, statistical, promotional, advertising, informational or prospecting purposes regarding the products and/or services that CTS WORLDWIDE manages, as well as quality surveys in the provision of services, without these being necessary purposes or purposes that give rise to a legal relationship between you and CTS WORLDWIDE, but that allow and facilitate us to provide you with better service.

The images captured by the security cameras that are installed in the CTS WORLDWIDE offices will be used for your safety and that of the people who visit said offices.

MEANS TO MANIFEST ITS NEGATIVITY FOR SECONDARY PURPOSES

If you do not agree with the use of your personal data for any of the so-called "secondary purposes", or if you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the Law, you You will have a period of five business days so that, if applicable, you can express your refusal or limitation to said treatment or disclosure in the following way:

  2. Indicate in the request your full name and address or other means to communicate our response.

  3. Attach the documentation that proves your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the data owner, as well as the elements and/or documents that facilitate the location of the personal data being processed.

  4. Specify in your request the purposes you wish to eliminate and/or the limitations you wish to establish.

  5. Notwithstanding the provisions of the following paragraph, from the moment CTS WORLDWIDE receives your request, either by mail or in a printed document stating your refusal or limitation, the personal data referred to in said request will begin to be treated by CTS WORLDWIDE in accordance with what is indicated therein, pending a written response.

Once your request is received, we will respond to it, either by email or in writing, according to the information that you have indicated in it (mail or document), within a period of 20 business days from its receipt. The foregoing, with the understanding that we may require additional information under the terms provided in the Law and its Regulations, in which case, the response period will be counted from the time you provide us with the additional information/documentation. In any case, your rights of revocation and opposition will remain safe.

The refusal to use your personal data for "secondary purposes" may not be a reason to restrict the products and services you request or contract with CTS WORLDWIDE.

MEANS OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, we can collect your personal data in different ways: when you provide it to us directly, when you visit our website or use our online services, when we obtain information through other public sources permitted by the Law, as well as when visiting our offices for the images obtained from the CTS WORLDWIDE security cameras. To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, the following personal data will be collected and processed:

  1. Identification data: Information that allows differentiating one person from another, such as: name, marital status, handwritten signature, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), place and date of birth, nationality , photography, image, voice and age.

  2. Contact Data: Information that allows you to maintain or get in touch with its owner, such as: address, email, landline and cell phone.

 

SENSITIVE PERSONAL, PROPERTY AND FINANCIAL DATA THAT WE OBTAIN

We inform you that in order to comply with the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, in addition to the personal data mentioned above, the following sensitive, patrimonial and financial personal data will be collected and processed, which require special protection:

  1. Patrimonial or financial data: Information concerning a natural person related to their credit card (number, security code, expiration date, address where the account statement is received and a simple copy of the card) and a simple copy of identification to compare the signature.

  2. Biometric data: Information about a natural person related to the fingerprint.

  3. Health data: Information related to your physical or mental health, present, past or future.

  4. Data of ethnic or racial origin: Information related to your belonging to a people, ethnic group or region that distinguishes you by your social, cultural and economic conditions and identities, as well as by your customs, traditions, beliefs that can be determined by providing your place of birth and/or nationality and a simple copy of the passport.

  5. Visa Information: Information related to the visa process and a simple copy of it.

In case of transfer, we inform you that CTS WORLDWIDE will adopt the necessary measures so that the people who receive them comply with the privacy policies of CTS WORLDWIDE and the purposes contained in this privacy notice.

USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS

We inform you that on our website we use cookies, web beacons and other technologies through which the number and frequency of visitors to the portal and its different areas are collected. This type of information helps CTS WORLDWIDE to determine how many of its customers access a certain area and which segments of the site they use, in order to improve its services and ensure that it is as attractive as possible. CTS WORLDWIDE only uses this information statistically. The cookies that CTS WORLDWIDE uses do not collect personal information such as username or email.

Since the cookies and web beacons that we use on our website do not obtain personal data, there is no procedure to disable them.

MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use them for and the conditions of use that we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we eliminate it from our records or databases when it considers that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set forth in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as xARCO Rights.

The exercise of any of the ARCO Rights, as well as to revoke your consent for the use of your personal data, must be done as follows:

  2. The request referred to in the preceding paragraph will be in free writing and must meet the following requirements:
    – Indicate full name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request.
    – Accompany the documentation that proves your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner of the data, the elements and/or documents that facilitate the location of the personal data in question.
    – Indicate the clear and precise description of the personal data, with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, the elements and/or documents that facilitate the location of the personal data and the requirements established for the exercise of the Rights ARCO in the Law and its Regulations.

  3. Upon receipt of your request, we will respond to it, either by email or in writing, based on the information you have provided to us within 20 days of receipt. The foregoing, in the understanding that we may require additional information under the terms provided in the Law and its Regulations, in which case the response period will be counted from the time you provide us with the additional information/documentation. In the case of requests for access to your personal data, the information would be provided to you, where appropriate, by simple or electronic copy, depending on their availability in our files. It is important that you take into account that not in all cases we will be able to attend to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we need to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue to provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.

 

MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

In addition to the other means and procedures established in this document to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, we offer you the following:

  • Your registration in the Public Registry of Consumers to avoid advertising, which is in charge of the Federal Consumer Attorney's Office, so that your personal data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from companies of goods or services. For more information about this registry, you can consult the PROFECO internet portal or get in direct contact with said authority.

  • Your registration in the exclusion list "No advertising list", so that your personal data is not processed for marketing, advertising or commercial prospecting purposes on our part. We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time, to attend to new legislation and new legal requirements, internal privacy policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products.
